New Policy
The rotary board, at its meeting on January 5, 2010, adopted a policy of not allowing promotional announcements of community events at weekly meetings. The reason for this action is based on the amount of time needed to make these announcements. If you are an advocate of a community event that you wish to promote, you are encouraged to bring your announcement in the form of a flyer to be placed on the back table, by the sign-in sheets. Please see one of the club secretaries, Vickie Randel or Doni Mooberry-Slough, about where to place these flyers, prior to doing so.
